Min Min Lights are atmospheric ghost lights seen at night over swamps and marshes. It resembles a flickering lamp and is said to recede if approached, deceiving travelers from the safe paths. The folklore of many cultures contains such mythical lights; they are known as Min Min lights in Australia and Kitsunebi in Japan.
