The music is inspired by childhood days, when I would while away my time exploring my family's farmland. Brandishing a sword made of cattail reed, I ventured through the woods and skirmished upon the pond banks.

     The tangled melodic material and percussive effects (tapping on the body of the instruments) represent the sounds of swordplay between my fictitious friends and foes, while the bouncing of the janggu stick on the strings of the ajaeng depicts the chatter of insects mingling with my imaginary world.
